OUR TEAMS

 
We have 7 dedicated teams comprising 3 members per team. Each team has a team leader and the teams are ranked in order of seniority and specialised expertise. Each team leader is accredited within the industry by the supplier of each of our machines and registered with the AIR CONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATION INDUSTRY COUNCIL OF SOUTH AFRICA.

    
 
All our technicians and staff are highly experienced individuals who have undergone intensive screening processes including Address Verification, Reference Verification and interview processes. We ensure that our employees are remunerated above the industry standard and are unionised thus ensuring proper and fair internal labour practices, employee satisfaction and committed service. Each team is fitted with state-of-the-art installation equipment and our fleet consists of 9 vehicles with each team having at least two drivers.
