Album Art Explained

The Album Art was designed by Jethro Setler - using the theme of Afrofuturism - from the artist's Afrofuturism series.

I added images of people that had a significant influence in my life including - Luthando and Mputsu Daniso my friends from Port Edward and Shuhan Hu a friend from the USA.

Roxy Lee Tennant a friend from Durban

Gareth "Buttino Heat" Davis a friend and musician in our crew of 10 MCs during our high school years, Lay-z Skuad, passed away in December 2004 by way of suicide.

The headgear is inspired by the combination of the White and Red Egyptian or Double crown with an Afrofuturistic influence

The speaker element represents a recording booth that has a wall of speakers as opposed to a wall of foam.

The Headphone Necklace is a comment on the jewelry adorned by most musicians within the genre of hip-hop. Instead of gold Mawawa MC surrounds himself with a more in-depth exploration of the elements of music and hip-hop and not ancillary items that augment the art.

The family section - my support system when it comes to my art.

Businessman Greg Ayres - had a major influence on how I view wealth, he is humble and never shows off - that is an element I try to embody with the little wealth I have.
